RELCAP Purchase 43-49 London Road Southampton for mixed use development
RELCAP have purchased 43-49 London Road, Southampton
for a mixed use new build development which will include a
conversion and extension of the existing Ground floor retail units
into new restaurants and 5 upper floors construction
of 40 flats; located above and to the rear of the site fronting
the existing bars and restaurants of Salisbury Street.
A detailed Planning application is to be submitted to Southampton City
council in the coming weeks after positive pre application advice.

and hope to sign up a National operator for the ground floor
when Natwest Bank unit vacates, and its a perfect location for
boutique student studios in the city for the uppers floors.
We are focusing more on building out rather than selling
our schemes and have a number of schemes under construction
in Winchester and surrounding areas”.
