Planning submitted for 37 x new flats + restaurants in Southampton

RELCAP have submitted plans to Southampton City Council

for a new 5 million mixed use scheme and comprehensive redevelopment

of 43-49 London Road Southampton,  with a proposed 6 storey

building to the rear fronting Salisbury Street.

The scheme which will consist of 37 flats plus change of use

of Ground floor from A1 Retail to A3 restaurant use

with large extension when Natwest Bank vacate the site later in the year.

Adam Bullas, Director of Savills Southampton is marketing

the ground floor which will be delivered summer 2017 as a shell,

and to find a good tenant under a pre let.

A buyer for the completed scheme is sought with income of in excess of 360,000 pa.
