RELCAP purchases new Winchester Development Site

RELCAP Homes have purchased a new development site for Luxury

newbuild Gated Housing in Kingsworthy, Winchester; after obtaining a detailed planning

consent from Winchester City Council earlier this year.

The large family homes will be circa 3300 sq ft / 305 sq m GIA, with detached double

garages and ample plots, from a private road.

The properties will start from around £ 1 million, which is priced competitively based on

smaller comparable newbuild completions nearby;

and be available to move in March 2018.

Building on site commences this week with the build contract awarded to Pompey

Homes Ltd, who successfully completed a larger neighbouring housing project for

RELCAP in December of last year; with Tozer Gallagher acting as Surveyor for the

project.

Savills and Charters Winchester will be marketing the new homes from Autumn time, to

enable buyer to appreciate the size and finish of the properties.
